The window in my door was accidentally broken. Anther comapany told me the glass unit itself could not be replaced, that I would need a whole new custom door and that would take a month. Albi at Velox quickly figured out how to replace the glass unit just from looking at my photos of the door and new glass was installed within a couple of days. No new door needed. On time, polite, very efficient. Highly recommend!

He was able to complete the work in 2 days, despite other companies saying it would take 10 days to get it completed. Albi was first to respond to the Homestars service request - the first example of his excellent and timely communication. We scheduled a visit. I felt right away that he knew his stuff and would be easy to work with. While other contractors were thrown off by the age of the windows (1985) and the more difficult solution that required, Albi took it all in stride. Because of the age of the windows, the replacement could not be done on site. But he appreciated that speed was of the essence. He promised to return the windows next morning latest. And he delivered on his promise. The new windows look and work great.
I don't see how the experience could have been better. Clearly 10/10. If 11 were possible, I'd give him that!

Amazing work replacing glass on three windows installed in 1996. Albi was the most responsive contractor on homestars with competitive pricing and quick turn around. We discovered two of the initial windows were installed upside down in 1996 but Albi was able to troubleshoot through this and get the job done no issues.

Albi was the first to respond to my request and dropped by to assess very quickly. He was able to effect the repair without issue and I am super happy.
He did everything he said he would do, on time and exactly as quoted.
Im actually going to use him on another project in a month or two as a result.

Albi of Eni window restorations was very polite prompt got the work done efficiently and was way underpriced compared to his competitors who were quoting me ridiculous numbers I was a little reluctant when he offered me the same work for so little but the end result speaks for itself.
I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get their windows done and I will certainly call him again for any personal work
