Andrew promised us a great job and he delivered it. He has number of crews all expert in different aspects of the job. Everyone was pleasant and professional. We are really glad that we hired A J Ceramics for this project. We got almost 550 sq footage of tiles including a washroom and kitchen backsplash as well. I will definitely hire this company for any jobs in the future. I recommend A J Ceramics to all my friends and family. It's rare to find professionals with old values. We engaged AJ Ceramic Tile and Marble Ltd. to tile four (4) of our bathrooms and mudroom. Three (3) of the rooms required installation of heated floors which was part of the scope with the company.
Andrew's team was fast and efficient. The whole project took 1.5 weeks from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent. We were excited to see the progress each day. The team were great in answering our questions and adapting to our design.
Dorothy who was our main point of contact for project details and timing and billing was highly responsive. We had to make an adjustment to the scope and that was handle very quickly.

Dorthy and Andrea from AJ tiles were probably the best contractors i hired. The most professional of all. I have gotten at least three other quotations and they were the most reasonable in prices and the most accurate with the quotation and time line to do the job. If they said they were going to be there they were there, if they said it was going to take a week they took there week. Everyone from my cousin who was a tile setter, the trim guy and the painters were all very impressed, no extra work was needed to hide there mistakes. They had to self level my floor (and it was bad) and then do the heated floor with the wires, wow there was a lot. With all that said I am most satisfied with AJ ceramic and tiles, Dorthy is a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Also there staff all great guys and very professional. Thank you very much AJ tiles.

The house we bought required a total renovation of the first floor. We hired this company to demo and rebuild two large bathrooms and the floors in the main foyer and kitchen. We were very happy with both the final result and the price. This is a very hard working crew. They made sure our house was ready for us to move into on time. The house presented many "surprises" but this team handled everything for us thus reducing our stress significantly. They were always very professional and gave us great suggestions along the way. I heard about AJ through a mutual friend. I contacted him for an estimate for 4 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms and a Foyer. He arrived on the scheduled time and provided me an estimate based on square footage and tile percentage within 3 days.
The estimate was agreed upon and the work schedule was set and commenced upon 7 days.
Andrew is very communicative as I was not able to be onsite at all times.
The crew is very personable, prompt and professional. They left the site everyday very clean with no debris.
