We had Allen walk us through the home inspection on a house we recently purchased, as first time buyers we had a lot of questions for him! He arrived promptly and explained how all of the major systems for the house work together, provided answers for everything we asked, and pointed out the other things we should know. He even helped me with disconnecting the old dishwasher so I can get an upgrade installed. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody.
