Manny as the PM and lead on the project completed a full gut job on our home and renovated it beyond my expectations! The job was done in a timely manner, even though we had given him a tight deadline. The house fit all our needs, Manny was able to provide us with out of the box renovation ideas to make the home functional for our small family. Manny did a top to bottom remodel of our home, while paying close attention to our contemporary - modern farmhouse theme. He focussed on colours/materials that would not go out of date if we ever needed to sell the home. As a part of the renovation he was able to add an ensuite, a bathroom in the basement and take out a garage door which Manny knew would add value to our home. Overall we are very pleased with the renovation and would always use Manny and his team for our future projects!
