We recently had our old roof replaced by Itz Roofing and we are very happy with with what they did. Very professional initial presentation with pictures of the old roof and options for upgrades. They cleaned up at the end of each day and whenever I had a concern or question Kyle got back to me within a few hours.
A representative from the company stopped by a few days after they had finished to make sure that we were completely satisfied.

Due to great weather in October we decided to have our garage roof at the lake replaced. I requested quotes from 3 roofers; using the on line request form available on the Itz Roofing web site I got a quick response from Kyle. He asked for pictures and then returned a very detailed and comprehensive estimate. Total costs from all 3 estimates were quite similar but I liked the level of detail Kyle provided as well as the good reviews on Home Stars and the fact that the company is a member of the BBB and had good ratings. Once I accepted his quote the roof was done within a week. Kyle kept me well informed of schedule and progress and answered all of my questions openly and honestly. We went out to visit the site during the work and found the crew to be friendly and informative. Work site was kept clean and free of nails, etc. and the new roof looks great. Kyle sent pictures of the job in progress as well as the completed work. I found Kyle to be very accommodating, responsive and professional. We will likely have him re-roof our cabin in the future as well. Highly recommended.

This company came in way lower and much more reasonable than the gutter and eavestrough companies that I contacted. Kyle phoned me and after a brief explanation of what was required, gave a quote and set a date. He came on the date, was polite, proficante and did the job. Afterwards he explained what he had done and why the downspout came down in the first place. It was a positive experience. Thank you Kyle!

His roofers were also thorough with their work. They fix the damage on our roof, protected my plants and cleaned up after. We highly recommend ITZ roofing.

Itz Roofing was awesome to deal with, we where in the process of moving so most of the time I was in a different province. Brent was able to work with my schedule and get our roof redone even sooner then I had expected. I would like to tell my story of how I learned about your company. I live in a retirement neighborhood. One of your employees was in the neighborhood checking my neighbors roof. He saw me outdoors and came over to tell me he noticed a shingle missing on the top of garage roof. We would have never noticed it otherwise. It could have done a lot of damage with moisture seeping through in time. He fixed it in no time as I had a few spare shingles.
