Neil is a very professional contractor with very good ethical standards . He is very respective and the way he undertook his tasks were as if that was his own property. He is very meticulous the way he inspected my old furnace and was very prompt in resolvinng all the furnace issues. He is very neat and clean. He provided a lot of advice and tips on how to maintain the.furnace . From now on he will be my guy to handle all plumbing issues for both my rental and my own. I will recommend without hesitations his service as I I ad a very bad experience recently and in the past 20 years with plumbers in YYC.

We were having issues with our AC unit and have Neil at Autumn Air a call. He was out to us in less than a few hours, fixed our unit and checked in on us less than a week later to make sure everything was still in working order. Excellent customer service! Working in customer service myself I was very impressed with the follow up. Most companies Don’t do a follow up but tell you to call them again if there is another issue. I highly recommend Autumn Air! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Beyond pleased with Neil and Ryan. Got my quote back in early July during the peak of the heatwave. Most companies were taking advantage of the short supply and way over pricing.
