All scheduled cleans are done the same and they include the following..
High&low and in between dusting
All bathrooms from the ceiling to the baseboards to behind the toilet and the floors.
Out side of bathroom cupboards
Out side of kitchen cupboards
Out side of all appliances
In and out of your microwave
Noticeable marks on baseboards and walls
Vacuuming all floors and rugs,As well as mopping all floors
Making all unmade beds
Tidy up kids bedrooms and play room/play area..
we also dust all blinds if we see a mark we also grab them
We wipe down the washer and dryer and clean the in side of your laundry room sink
I bring all the supplies that I will need!
April 1 to October 1 we also clean the inside and out side of your front doors and back sliding doors..

Ive been happily married for 5 years,my husbands name is Nikola and we have a 3 year old son named Bogdan and a 2 year old daughter named Bianka,so With that being said I don’t like to use bleach unless it’s 100% necessary other then my bleach all of our cleaning products are family and environmental friendly..
my sister Natalie is a licensed vet tech at a veterinarian clinic in downtown Hamilton and she is always making sure my stuff is safe for your pets as well..

1st time cleans
Renovation cleans
Move in/move out cleans are all changed by the hour.
1 girl $80.00 per hour
2 girls $125.00 per hour
3 girls $140.00per hour
The extra per girl is to cover there hourly rate, as well as all cleaning supplies. cleaning houses is not a minimum wage job!
After the 1st clean is done you will get you're flat rate.
Flat rates are normally $140.00 to $200.00 per clean including all your supplies.
If you start with by-weekly and change to monthly you're price will increase $20.00,if you change from by-weekly to weekly you're price will decrease $20.00
1st time cleans could take 3 to 6 hours,depending on wants and needs
Reference are available if needed.

***We do dishes,as long as it’s not both sinks full and the whole counter full,otherwise I’ll load your dish washer as long as you have one and it’s empty**
As a Business owner,mom and wife,my family time is very precious’s to me,so all txt messages,emails,and HomeStar requests sent Friday after 5pm,will be answered Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm,if it’s a emergency I will respond,this also includes holiday Mondays
Covid Guidelines!
Me and my girls wear our masks at all times,unless the homeowner says it’s ok to work without it.your home your rules!
Sometimes if you have a big glass shower I will drop my mask down under my nose only because with hot water running and cleaning products it’s sometimes hard to breathe but as soon as I’m done back up it goes.
We wear a new clean mask to every house,when we are done we put on a new clean one for the next client.
All swiffers are tossed in the garbage at the end of every house cleaning.
The vacuum is emptied at the end of every clean. at the end of the day the vacuum is pulled apart,washed and sanitized for the next day of cleaning
All the clothes and mop heads brought into your home are clean and only used at your home.
All of our clothes are coloured coordinated.
Grey-only used in bathrooms
Yellow -only used in kitchens
Green- walls,baseboards,blinds and window tracks
Blue- only used on dusting furniture and shining stainless steel appliances
After your first clean you will get your own brand new scrub mommy for your kitchen and a scrub daddy for your bathrooms, as well as a shower scrub pad for your shower and tubs, at the end of your clean all 3 go into a zip lock bag that has your name on it. They are only used in your house!.
Bounty paper towels is used on all glass surfaces’s. One roll per house per clean unless the house is over 3,000 sq feet
As a mom of a 2 year old and a 3 year old, I ask that if someone in the home isn’t feeling well with covid like symptoms that you reschedule your clean. If someone in the home is being tested and your clean is coming up that you notify me. If the house hold is positive for covid that when the house hold comes out from isolation,My public health guidelines are that I have to wait 3 days after you come out of isolation to go in and clean. As for my self if me or my girls feel unwell I’ll notify you and move your clean. My kids both attended daycare full-time and my little guy is constantly getting tested,so when he’s being tested I have to self isolate till I get those results back negative before I can return to work,if that happens I will notify you and move your clean.
At the end of the day I’m just trying to do my best to keep my staff and most importantly my clients and their families safe.
