My dryer was making a strange scraping noise, and friends recommended Louis. He arrived within his appointment window and was friendly and courteous as I explained the problem. He quickly found the problem, provided me with a quote to repair it and seemed happy to answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with Louis' service and will be recommending him to all my family and friends.
