Henry is happy to answer questions and accommodating...until you sign the contract.
One minute I am dealing with Mr. Lee from Queenswood Renovations then he becomes Pangching (with many other variations and addresses). He wants to deal in cash so that "You can save the HST". How thoughtful! Henry or Pangching cannot answer basic questions about the quality of, or benefits of, different materials and wants to do everything "cheap, cheap". Yet he wanted to charge $1,500 for a simple window. Then he and his workers, who cannot speak English, took off, pilfering my possessions and money and refused to answer calls, emails or texts.
