Renovation is by far the most stressful event after purchasing a house. Be prepared for mishaps and don't always blame the contractors.
Hamid initially came to give me a quote for tiling the basement and hard wood floor on first floor. However, as we realised we needed to support the ceiling before removing the walls and time was at a premium for us, he managed to quickly gather his team together and did the job of supporting the ceiling with quality and a fair price. Like all renovation jobs things came up unexpected but he was calm and professional to keep up with the good job and to make sure customers will stay happy. I believe it is very important for him to keep his reputation clean and for this very reason; he will keep you satisfied. I will use him again and recommend him to others.
