Reparation of home exterior (stones, sills, and bricks) and opening of fireplace

We recently hired True Canadian Masonry to do some stone, sill, and brick repair to the exterior of our home. We were so impressed, we subsequently hired them to expand the opening of our fireplace for a gas insert. For both projects, we were really impressed with Colton and his team. They always arrived a few minutes early and were very prepared. Colton and his team were extremely courteous and hard working. Colton was also an excellent communicator with us, his team, and with other trades throughout the projects. They were reasonably priced and on target with quotes and project schedules. We will definitely hire them again in the future.

Chimney Removals

Chimney removal, foundation repair

Hamilton

Very professional service. Excellent quality. Removed old parging from our stone foundation and repaired in a much more aesthetically pleasing way. Removed a chimney. Repaired stress fractures and tuckpointing where needed. Good communication throughout the job.

Cracked Brickwork Repair

Foundations review in Hamilton

I was able to get a timely and comprehesive quote from True Canadian Masonry. They were able to repair a number of cracks (big and small) in the brickwork of my 40 year old home. Colton noticed that the morter used on my home was not a standard colour and took special care to make sure their repair work matched.

We are very pleased with the results. I will be using TCM again if we ever need additional repairs.

We have used TCM for 2 houses to repair work done by other masons. They arrive on time, do excellent work and leave the job site clean. Strongly recommend

Century Old House Stone Foundation Repairs

Masonry & Bricklaying review in Hamilton

Their very professional crew arrived on time and provided cleaning, repairs and tuckpoint to a 100+ year old stone foundation. The job was completed in one day and the site was left spotless. They will be returning in the Spring to repair and replace some of the bricks on the exterior of the house which have deteriorated over time. They offer competitive pricing and are a pleasure to deal with.

Fireplace hearth

Colton was professional from start to finish. The price was fair, communication was clear and the job was finished beautifully. He was respectful while in my home and followed COVID protocols to ensure safety. This was the second project I had done by Colton and I will definitely use his company when it comes time to complete my basement fireplace. I highly recommend True Canadian Masonry.
