My electric stove was broken. Vlad came exactly at the appointment time, quickly replaced the ten and did whole range diagnostic .He is very diligent and neat .

Val reached out to me immediately and even though he had to come from Barrie, it was no problem. He took the time to research my problem and came prepared with three different parts, not being sure until he actually checked my dryer what the issue might be. He was pleasant and informed me throughout the process what he was doing. When the problem was discovered he told me what the total cost would be BEFORE going any further......so the decision was totally mine to make. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends who are looking for any kind of appliance repairs. Wonderful person.

Vlad came the same day I posted the request on home stars. He came ready with the parts he might need and so was able to fix the problem in that visit.

He brought indoor shoes to change into and also wore his mask the whole time. He was really friendly and easy to communicate with.

I purchased a new dishwasher and need a professional to install it and remove the old one. Vlad was punctual, friendly, completely competent and followed COVID protocols. He completed the installation quickly and left the kitchen clean. He also gave us a brief overview of the use and care of the new dishwasher. My refrigerator suddenly stopped working and the Ice Maker made a funny clicking sound !! VZ technician arrived during two hours after the call, the motherboard problem was assessed quickly and fixed the same day !! Very satisfied !!
