He was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He was polite and honest, and went above and beyond by explaining why my lights were flickering and what was wrong with the washer - by doing this he put my mind at ease (my lights weren’t putting anyone in danger as I live on a condo) and (I could keep the washer and know that the default he fixed would not mean trouble with the machine down the road).
An exceptional experience - I would recommend Elektra to everyone without hesitation.
