Sam and his team completed our outdoor patio seating area for our restaurant in exact detail as we requested. We had a very specific design that we wanted to create and it went according to plan. Punctual, clean work & detail oriented. Would definitely recommend

Fence Installation

Fences & Gates review in Pickering

My Fence posts were not trimmed properly. Some were OK, but others are clearly not satisfactory. Pictures are of different parts of the same fence installed on the same day. I called 'Sam'. He made a commitment to rectify the situation but he did not meet his commitment. When challenged he made a commitment for a later date. The fence posts should never have been left in this state.

Upon completion of the project you were asked if you were satisfied with the fence which you were quick to reply 'yes' with. We trim posts based on what the client prefers since it defers based on aesthetics. As of April 22,2023 we have trimmed the posts to the size you requested.

Fencing & new deck

After having a new inground pool put in, we had to upgrade our fencing. I have a very large yare and border on four neighbors. Sam and his crew were amazing. Multiple measuring to satisfy neighbors, and with some very specific details due to my accessibility from my husband (deck) and the fact that we had to leave 1/4 of the fence undone until the digging was finished. Sam was always there, polite, clean job sites, good communication....a pleasure to work with, I will and already have recommended him . He also had to return and exchange gate locks to satisfy the city, and was very obliging and did so at no extra cost.

Deck renovation

Amazing work by Kazcon Contruction. They removed our 30 year old deck and replaced it with a brand new one within a week. We had a very specific design in mind and that's exactly what we got. Provided great advice and stayed within the agreed budget.
