My parents and I were going to get the fence done but I didn't go through with it and so happy I didn't because the job they did for my parents was poor. My neighbor who is a music teacher did a 1000x better job than these guys. They only care about getting the job done as fast as they can.
They promised that they will create a beautiful looking door just like the sample my parents showed them and the door they made looks like a kid did it. My parents were so disappointed and now next summer, we have to spend time and money to fix their mistakes.

Few of my neighbors and I wanted to get a new fence after the storm in May destroyed them all. We started to get quotes from different providers and Sam from Kazcon gave us the most competitive one, his quote for 6X6 post was lower than any other quotes for 4X4 given by other providers. Since there were 7 houses involved, there were a lot of questions and Sam promptly responded to all of them every single time (sometimes when he was busy, he would always get back), which is highly appreciated. We wanted to get this done at the earliest and luckily a slot opened up for early September (otherwise they were booked until November), he planned the work very well by putting in the relocates request to by-law as soon as we confirmed to go ahead with his service, we got the reports on time and the work started as planned and they completed it within the targeted timeframe, even though they lost a day due to rainy weather. I highly recommend Sam and his team for your fence work.

When I first started researching companies to redo my side fence, I spoke to 8-10 different companies. Some were from HomeStars and some through Google searches. I came across Kazcon and from the first interaction with Sam, knew this was the team I was going to go with. They came as scheduled, finished the work and kept the entire area really clean. After the job was done, I noticed a few of the boards had marks on them (power washing didn't clean them) so Sam and his team came by as soon as they could a second time to replace them. While he was here the second time, he noticed other boards that were either dirty or slightly cracked and changed those as well. I highly recommend Sam and his team for any fencing requirements.

From the moment Sam came over & discussed all my options (concrete patio, fence, river rock and new concrete stairs in front), I knew I was onto a decent honest contractor. This was my first major project in quite a while and it was so seamless! (even when I made changes!!) !! Kazcon was - On-Time - Very Courteous - Very Professional and they did an incredible job !! The river rock looks great too !
Also, the new concrete steps in the front are awesome and look brilliant!!

Kazcon Construction, headed by Sam, did a fantastic job replacing my very old fence on a corner lot with a 186 ft. beautiful new fence.
