Sam and his team were excellent. It started with access through the Home Depot “ find a contractor in your community “ page.

The project estimator came by at a time that was mutually agreed upon. Brittany was professional and polite. Listened to my project ideas. Recorded everything. I received the estimate promptly. My questions were answered promptly. The work crew was professional and pleasant. They were accommodating and added a few extra touches to my fence idea. I’m very happy with this project and the standard of the work done.

We are 5 neighbours who needs our fence redone after 15 years. Things started off great with quoting, He had a lot of patience with all our questions and requests. When they came to take down the old fence, the panels were cut and just left to fall on my garden damaging my flowers. The new fence has issues. Boards are not tight so when they start shrinking, the gaps will be bigger. Warped boards and boards already coming apart. It's not even 2 weeks. I contacted Sam a couple of times to fix and no one has shown up as yet. Now my husband has to go around the fence to fix all the issues himself.

Sam did a fantastic job building is a fence, privacy wall on our deck, and gate. He completed the work in a timely manner and was extremely attentive to detail. He ensured we were happy with the work at every step of the way. As a result, we've never been more satisfied with a project!

Sam and his team were absolutely great. Got the job done quickly and within my budget. I would highly recommend the team as they were extremely professional. I only wish I used them on the original fence 13 years ago

Fantastic service! Timely and communicated step by step process as my fence went down with a wind storm. I live on a corner lot and Sam was very honest with the cost- very professional.
I sent a request to Home Depot app for possible contractors in the area and Sam immediately responded. I met him for a quote and felt comfortable enough to proceed.
Sam went out of his way to schedule to job- to accommodate as l was feeling uncomfortable being exposed on a busy corner lot-
Once the crew arrived they surveyed the property line- and had to locate the utility and gas line before digging Sam actually called Ontario one for me to get locators surveyed. Once l received confirmation to dig he made sure this crew was ready to dig and squeezed my project in immediately.

I have only wonderful and amazing things to say about Sam and he was available every time l called and provided me with updates throughout. Awesome contractor to work with. 5 star reviews!
