I had this company installed the security camera last year, the technician was okay on that day. However after installation, the camera worked on and off all the time even after we did reset it as per instruction from tech. We tried to get the tech back to look at it and fix the problem. Tech stopped answered the phone calls after that, I can understand sometimes employee issues however which is not acceptable is seems they have only this one tech for everything, and then even the company reception desk did not answer phones any more either. Seems like the whole company evaporated and disappeared, it has been a terrible customer experience from this company, make us feel this is a trap. DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY SERVICE, YOU WILL BE ABSOLUTELY REGRET!!!

They went out of their way to help me out and install 4 camera system and alarm that suited my needs and I’m beyond happy with the installation and service. Davin was a very knowledgeable person and recommended a product alternative to the one I picked to ensure my needs are met. The installation was very professional.
