Villa Building Maintenance

Allan gave us a quote to purchase and replace two skylights. When he came to install them we were told they didn't fit the existing curbs. He told us the price would increase by 60% to build the curbs.
Allan was rude and very unprofessional. Once complete, he insisted we pay the full amount by e-transfer before he would leave. He promised us a 2 year warranty in labour and materials.
Two days later when it rained, one skylight leaked steadily. He has hung up on our calls, ignored emails and texts. The job Allan did was sub standard and expensive. We would not recommend this company.
