I needed significant renovations done on my bathroom to address multiple issues - this was not a simple project, and I could not be happier with the work done by the Now Reno team. Max provided a thoughtful initial consultation, kept me updated at every stage in the process, and delivered a great outcome on time and on budget. Everyone was always pleasant to deal with, worked well with my condo building staff, and made the process absolutely seamless. I would definitely use Now Reno again, and will recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I found Now Reno on the Baumler Approved site. They were to do 2 jobs for me. Add a shower to the powder room in my master bedroom and replace the bathtub in our main 2nd floor washroom. Max seemed profession but as of this date, I have been unable to contact him for over 2 months. He has not returned my calls, emails, texts or Facebook messages. The majority of the job was completed but since I am unable to contact him, I am concerned that I am unable to access the warranty.

The first job went well and was completed by Roman in a timely fashion. However, the second job is where the following issues occurred.

Bathtub replacement and Tiling job
- the shower was dripping when I turn on the water which caused me to look into replacing the diverter which led me to find these other issues
- they installed PEX piping for my tub spout and it should be copper
- The coupling is not brand new and they used an old corroded piece
- I found cardboard behind the spout

There were also some final touch ups to do (painting, fixing some grout). I also agreed, for an additional cost, to have my bathroom countertop replaced. He agreed to do the job and I also provided him with a sink. However, I am unable to contact him and he is not returning my calls which is very disappointing. Job was pretty much done but now I am out a sink and will have to find another person to replace the countertop.

I had Max from Now Reno come to my house to quote on a job. Great communication until he showed up to the job site. He came, took some measurements, and said he would provide a quote within a few days. He ended up ghosting me and ignoring all my follow up emails/texts.

If they didn't want to do the job that is fine (I found someone else eventually), but they should at least tell me this and not waste my time. The fact that they came on site should at least warrant the courtesy of a response.

The best renovation company out there!! I was confident the renovation would be stunning from the second I called, they helped with the design process all the way to actually renovating the space. Incredible results!!!

Max did a fantastic job helping turn over a rental condo between tenants. The apartment had wall damage from a pet who lived in the unit and after Max and his crew were done, the condo was as good as new!

Max executed with excellent communication, high quality and speed (in and out in less than a week).

The team was highly professional, with an outstanding bathroom renovation that looks great. The crew was personable and respectful, taking care to minimize disruption, and leaving the place spotless. During our home renovation, the tile subcontractor crew did a terrible job in the master ensuite. The crew came back 4 times and after each repair they caused new issues. Following the nightmare our contractor called in Max. Max promptly came over assessed the situation and had tile master on site the very next day. Within 3 days our tile master, Mirek, had repaired all issues and the ensuite looks awesome. I can not give enough praise to Mirek, his craftsmanship, professionalism. Thank you so much for saving the Reno.

We recently had two of our bathrooms renovated with Now Reno - one powder room and one ensuite. It was an entire overhaul of the two existing bathrooms. Overall, it was a great experience! First off, the renovations were completed very punctually. Secondly, we also appreciated the extra effort that Roman and Max took to explain to us how the project was going to work and giving/showing us regular updates as the project was underway. Roman was great at keeping the construction work/dust away from other parts of the house. Great job and amazing outcome!
