Amir was the first to respond to my request to come by to replace the toilet. He came on a Sunday for no additional charge, was efficient, and did a number of extras as caulking around the bottom of the new fixture, adding a water coagulation to avoid spillage, and brought the old toilet to the disposal area
I will definately call on him for future projects -Robert
