Kenney Contracting did an exceptional job renovating our basement. They provided a detailed quote and stayed on budget. Glenn and his team did meticulous work and had some great suggestions. The job was a 75% gut and rebuild with new kitchenette, tear down wall and re-drywall, new LED pot lights and electrical, carpet installation (managed sub trade). One of my favourite things is the custom barn door at the bottom of the stairs that Glenn suggested,
to hide the electrical panel and create a closet at the same time. He sourced the custom door locally which kept the cost down. Another great item is the sturdy rustic storage
shelving along an entire wall. If something was tricky, Glenn would put his thinking cap on and come up with
an out of the box idea. We would use Kenney Contracting again for any big or small project, and highly recommend them. And Glenn is an awesome guy!
