Shiners Window and Gutter Cleaning

I had the pleasure of meeting David and one of his employees a week ago, when they came by to clean our windows. David is a very personable guy that takes pride in his work and in his company. They came over, explained what they were going to do, answered my questions and got the job done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. I'm very happy with this company, I highly recommend them, and I will be dealing with them again. The salesman, Solomon was also a pleasure to deal with, which is rare in my experience because salesman can be a little pushy at times, but I have no complaints about anything with this business.

It is a challenge to find contractors willing to help and a further challenge to find ones who identify as interested but do not call back. David responded quickly, explained what they do, gave a base estimate and a scheduled time. The time didn't work because of the weather, he was courteous enough to explain and reschedule twice. He arrived as promised, was very pleasant and easy to work with, could have charged for more work but said it wasn't needed....exceptional response and extraordinary service
