Balcony tile installation

After researching and interviewing with several balcony flooring vendors we decided to go with Martin at Balcony Pros.

He has very competitive pricing and quality materials. He provided excellent customer service since day 1, and answered to all my questions and requests in a timely manner.

The installation process was seamless and the finishes were impeccable. The whole installation only took close to 3 hours.

My husband and I are very pleased with the results and with Martin’s service.

I would definitely recommend Balcony Pros and Martin as your balcony tile provider/installer!

OUR BALCONY NOW LOOKS GORGEOUS!!!!!

If you have an ugly concrete balcony, you will want to consider hiring Martin to make it a thing of beauty!! Just look at the pictures, he fitted the balcony with composite “tile” and we are tremendously happy with the results. I must add that Martin is about the nicest guy you can imagine and we would not hesitate to recommend him!!!

Condo Balcony Custom Grass Setup

Martin was great and making what we wanted work for our uniquely shaped balcony. He customized the artificial grass to fit the areas we were looking to cover and secured everything in efficiently. I was worried about lifting with high winds on the 23rd floor, but he showed me how secure everything was. He even told me if anything happened, he would be a call away. He's honest, helpful and gets the job done. Thanks again Martin!

Balcony Flooring

Very satisfied, highly recommend. Martin charges extremely reasonable prices, I had him custom fit & lay tiles and grass a year ago. He recently helped me move it all to another condo, re-lay & adjust to fit again.
Excellent quality of work, works fast, & cleans up after.
Will definitely use his services in the future.

Balcony Flooring

Martin did an incredible job, I hired him to lay grass & tiles on my balcony. Excellent quality, reasonable price, & works fast.
He also came & removed flooring when I moved & adjusted materials to fit the new balcony!
Highly recommend & will definitely use his services in the future!
