Martin was great and making what we wanted work for our uniquely shaped balcony. He customized the artificial grass to fit the areas we were looking to cover and secured everything in efficiently. I was worried about lifting with high winds on the 23rd floor, but he showed me how secure everything was. He even told me if anything happened, he would be a call away.
