After researching all the options for balcony flooring for our condo, we are incredibly happy to have chosen Balcony Pros. In just 2 hours we have beautiful, no-maintenance composite tiles that will continue to look wonderful for the next 15 years. Our deck was looking very tired. So we contacted Martin, whom helped us out a couple of years ago. After some rigorous cleaning and re-oiling, the deck looks brand new. Martin is a very diligent worker and very customer focused. He came back the next day to check out his work and to help me put back all of the patio furniture - who does that?

If you have an ugly concrete balcony, you will want to consider hiring Martin to make it a thing of beauty!! Just look at the pictures, he fitted the balcony with composite “tile” and we are tremendously happy with the results. I must add that Martin is about the nicest guy you can imagine and we would not hesitate to recommend him!!!

Martin was great and making what we wanted work for our uniquely shaped balcony. He customized the artificial grass to fit the areas we were looking to cover and secured everything in efficiently. I was worried about lifting with high winds on the 23rd floor, but he showed me how secure everything was. He even told me if anything happened, he would be a call away. He's honest, helpful and gets the job done. Thanks again Martin!

Very satisfied, highly recommend. Martin charges extremely reasonable prices, I had him custom fit & lay tiles and grass a year ago. He recently helped me move it all to another condo, re-lay & adjust to fit again.
