One of my skylights was leaking so I called Kevin at Newmarket Skylights to get a quote. Kevin went up to the roof to have a look and saw that some nails had popped up on the framing, which was probably the source of the leak. I decided to replace all 3 of my skylights and get a solar blind also. We negotiated a reasonable price and proceeded with the job. Throughout the process, Kevin was very professional and kept me in the loop. He always arrived on time and dealt with all hiccups professionally. In the end, the Skylights look great, no more leaks, and I'm confident the installation was done properly, unlike how the original skylights were installed (they were not installed with an Ice and Water shield, whereas now it has been installed).
