Hired AAAHS to repair wall in my basement and was quoted the price. I informed the company that the job would require painting. AAAHS arrived late and proceeded to repair wall. He patched the wall and said his job did not include sanding or painting. I don’t understand why he would think that we would just want the wall repaired and not painted. I pointed out that is not what I wrote in my message and was told he gets thousands of messages a day regarding jobs, so it’s not his problem that he can not keep track of what the job entails. I could have gotten the job done in completion by another person for less money. I was left very confused and angry. This company needs to work on their communication skills and provide proper estimates so the client knows exactly what they are paying for and not be tricked into retaining their service and in the end the job that is completed is incomplete.

This is my second renovation project with this company. First one was a garage conversion to a home gym. Workers were all professional, keeping the work space clean and in order. Regular progress updates to keep me apprised of progress and required decisions along the way. High quality and perfection on the workmanship.

I had my unfinished basement turned into a full basement apartment that I use as an Airbnb/guest-suite. The final product is beautiful and I always have great reviews from guests. The best touch was converting the space under the stairs into a walk-in pantry which I would have never thought to do. Very pleased with everything.
