Now that I am home longer hours, I wanted to improve the air quality in my house. I have a tiny utility room and was getting the run around from different places. I didn't feel pressured with Andy at Purity like the others. He thoroughly analyzed all options and was the only one to give me multiple choices from different manufacturers to review.
Once I approved, he spent the entire day making it all fit. What a difference! I wish I got the HRV and HEPA sooner because the indoor air quality has drastically improved. Getting rid of the tank made it all fit and I now have endless hot water!
Andy is professional, punctual and courteous. A real breath of fresh air (no pun intended) compared to previous places I've dealt with.
