I learned about Solidcare Home Improvements through a friend's introduction, and tried their attic insulation service. The master is careful and responsible, and can solve our needs very well. This year, we asked them to replace the heating and cooling. The machine is very quiet. Solidcare Home Improvements is trustworthy.Recommended

Installed Furnace in Oct 2022 but the furance broke down today (Jan 10, 2023). The technician told me that the fan was broken down and need to replace it. So disapointed.

I called to their office in the morning and checked the parts (fan) delivery status. Their reply was "don't know". I really don't understand it. The furnace I purchased 4 months ago is not an old model that the parts shouldn't be that hard to find. Solidcare can arrange installing a new furnance within 24 hours but cannot repair a NEW furnace within 24 hours???? It is totally unacceptable and ridiculous.

I believe my family, with 80+ old man and kids, has to stay in a freezing home for another night. Thanks Solidcare.

Our furnace broke down so we contacted Solidcare and arranged a day and time for an assessment. Eddie, who came to our home to give us a quote, called ahead of time to let us know the exact time he'll arrive and was very punctual.... this is something I always appreciate when people come to my home so I have time to prepare instead of just showing up all of a sudden while I might be doing something at the moment. Eddie was polite and honest. We also had a little incident where I can say Eddie stands by his words and is a person with integrity.
After we agreed to have them install our furnace, a team of 2 people came. They also called ahead of time to let me know what time they'll arrive and as well, they were very punctual. They brought several big cloths where they put on the floor and stairs of your home leading to the furnace area so that they can walk on it to try to avoid stepping their shoes on your flooring. The job took over 3 hours (close to 4?) including clean up. Overall we are pretty happy with their service!

I hired Solidcare to add attic insulation to qualify for the green energy grant. Both the sale person and the workers are courteous and professional.

The first team worked about 2 hours and cleaned up tidily afterwards. Unfortunately, the total thickness was uneven with some areas 3-4 inches below the expected 17-18 inches. I contacted the salesperson and he promptly to send another team 2-3 days later. This team added the insulation to my satisfaction (I used a laser leveler to indicate the target). So despite the mishaps, I am very satisfied by the company willing to stand behind their work.

To home owners, it maybe helpful if you at least go into the attic and staple white paper slips on the wood struts to mark the expected thickness. This will be helpful for both the workers and yourself.
