I had a front door lock where the thumb lever on the outside would not open the door - it was not disengaging the latch. The door hardware was the original custom set that was installed with our door 18 years ago. Nwafor arrived at the time he communicated. He disassembled the door hardware and determined the root cause to be wear and tear. That said he was able to fix it by tightening up the lever/hook attached to the thumb lever saving me from having to find and purchase a new set of hardware. He said this would be good for another 1-2 years now before replacing was required. Upon reassembling he accidentally installed the inside knob horizontally instead of vertically as it was originally. I texted him this after he'd already left. He came back later in the day to rectify this issue. Great service! I would definitely recommend!
