I called to Aieti one more time, my recommendation is that Aieti is one of the best renovation company. Partnership with Aieti is very comfortable and pleasurable.

Bottom floor stripped to studs. They installed, taped and mud. 2&3 floors had lath & plaster walls that were partially removed. They patched and finished with drywall.
Second phase was to paint the entire interior, while patching and fixing everything they never touched in the first phase.
