We bought our house last year. We had begun to notice a few issues and thought it would probably be a good idea to get a home inspection done to make sure nothing significant was going on. A friend had recommended Twin Peaks Property Inspection to me. So i reached out and the owner Brad was quick to provide me a quote and set up an appointment. When Brad came over, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He found some plumbing issues in our downstairs bathroom that our original home inspection (a different company that our realtor had recommended) when we purchased had not found.
