We had two pre purchase home inspections done by Brad of Twin Peaks Property Inspections; Whitby and Aurora, Ontario. His work was consistently punctual, professional, courteous and very detailed with a roof to basement inspection of each property. I was able to accompany him and ask questions during the inspection as he examined, explained and recommended fixes for any issue found. His overall debrief at the end highlighting major concerns with an information folder on maintenance and renovations etc were useful and reassuring. I have no reservation to recommend his services.

We phoned Brad after having an issue with heat loss from our flat roof around a chimney. Brad was able to come into our home and pinpoint areas where we are seeing heat loss, causing us to have some moisture issues. He provided us with a detailed report using photos he had taken of the areas of concern. He used thermal and moisture readings to get an accurate picture of what was happening behind our walls.

Brad was very easy to talk to, I didnt feel he was rushing to finish the inspections. He took his time and even explained stuffs to me that my Builder PDI didnt explain to me, for example that my Sump Pump should be check and maintain on a regular basic
