I am very impressed with Rami. We had a problem with several malfunctioning potlights in various rooms. Rami was very conscientious, and responded quickly.
He determined that the problem was the same in all of the rooms, and in fact involved a "melting" of internal wires (in all of them!), that we did not realize. I was so grateful that he recognized the potential danger, explained it well, and made the extra time that very day to help us by replacing all of the potlights then and there, not only the ones that had frizzed out - so that we were totally safe, right away. And his workmanship was excellent!
It is not often that we come across such a caring, and responsible person that goes the extra mile for his customers this way. I give Rami my highest recommendation.
