I entered my query on a Friday evening and they responded almost immediately. Babak and Reza came out the next dat (Saturday) to inspect and diagnose my boiler issue. I didn't even start hearing back from any other companies until Sunday evening. Luckily it wasn't too cold at the time so not having heat in the house wasn't too much of an issue, but I really appreciated their urgency to get my problem fixed as soon as possible.

They both came back out on the Tuesday once they got the needed part from their supplier and got everything fixed and also performed some other maintenance work that I had been putting off. They were knowledgeable but almost more importantly you could tell that they cared. Beyond just doing the job, they took the time to educate me on the system and how to maintain it properly to avoid issues in the future.

Babak and Reza were both fantastic, will definitely be calling them in the future my HVAC needs.

We were having siding installed on our house and one of the workmen put a nail in our gas line. Babak was called out to come assist. He was very courteous and explained what needed to be done clearly. He arrived the next day right on time and promptly completed the task at hand. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. I have been telling all my neighbours as you don't often find someone that checks all the boxes.

Superb service even on a snowy Sunday morning. The technician arrived right on time and got my heating issue solved within an hour not to mention that his fee was reasonable compared to other technicians around the town. I will definitely rely on him for any future heating or hot water tank issues (I hope I don't have one though!) and strongly recommend him.

Woke up and the furnace wasnt running. Was on the phone with thermostat company, and they blamed the furnace. So i posted a job on homestars and they responded very quick. Were at my house within 30 minutes and fixed the problem with the dead thermostat. Very friendly and helpful.
