They responded to my query very quickly. The person who did the estimate and the work was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing and heating work you need done.

Our furnace failed on Christmas Eve. The house was getting colder as the outside temps were in the -25C range. Called Official Plumbing, which had advertised in my local community newsletter, and Travis arrived at our door within the hour. He did a temp fix as he did not have the necessary part with him. We called after Christmas. Part was ordered and installed. While he was at our home we asked for an estimate on replacing our hot water tank, as current one was 13 years old. Tank was replaced on Friday!!! Thanks, Travis!

Bill responded promptly to my furnace issue initial enquiry. Then on the service call he and Konrad diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. I asked them some questions about a water softener and a humidifier for the furnace. They were very knowledgeable about what type and best quality they recommended. Subsequently Konrad returned and we did these two additional jobs. All in all, very pleased with Official Plumbing and Heating. Would definitely recommend them.

This was the 2nd time I called Official for a job. As soon as I mentioned gas, the receptionist said she was sending someone to check. He showed up that day and repaired our problem. He was very friendly and talked with us about other issues. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and will leave you feeling satisfied.

Got company name from monthly community magazine. Phone reception informed me that a service person could come same day. A few hours later service person came, gave quote, competed the work within the specified time frame quoted. Area of work was left clean so I didn't have to clean up afterwards. Service performed seems satisfactory - only time will tell if completed without further difficulties.

The shower head was dripping in our downstairs bathroom. The company that installed and maintained our plumbing for the last 12 years was understaffed and backlogged on jobs. They were unable to assist me. Googled plumbers and found Official Plumbing and Heating in Cranston. Company had received good reviews so I decided to try them. I received a quick response to my email and Travis came out to assess the problem. Shower needed a new cartridge. I was told up front what the cost would be and I had Travis proceed with the work. He was nice enough to hang around while I turned all the taps on. I hate the sound of the air in the water lines after the water has been shut off. I did have to call again to get the cartridge reset. My issue was quickly dealt with. I would definitely call this company again and have already recommended them to a friend. Nice to know that there is someone close by that cares about your plumbing and heating issues and offers 24 hour service.

Andrew did an excellent job while providing helpful advice in a friendly manner. He, and Travis, went above and beyond helping my wife and I retrieve air pods that went down the vent! Thank you!
