AFRA Renovation

Arya removed my popcorn ceiling and painted the rooms. This is the first time I am 100% satisfied with a contractor.
Start the job as planed came every day on time. and finished on time.
His work quality is one of a kind and left the working area very clean.
This team is not cutting corners. Many complements from family and friend's for our "new" rooms.

Arya did an excellent job in removing the popcorn ceiling and amazing finishes. He looks at the details and fixes minor defects also. Normally we can see the bump where 2 drywall meets but with his expertise the ceiling looks flat and seamless. I recommend Arya to everyone.

Arya and team were quick in getting the ceilings sanded, mudded and painted as well as some hole repairs. You cant tell there was ever popcorn ceilings, smooth as can be! Removing the popcorn is a messy task but the team did their best to keep the dust to the minimum, covering everything in 2 layers and using a vacuum on their sanding machine. A++ and would recommend, looking forward to have you back to paint the walls next.

Arya and his team were so fast to get a lot done. Only 3 days and they finished the hallway, stairwell, living room and dining room of my parents home. Did a perfect job and left no mess behind! In and out without a trace. Best part is their sanding machine for the ceilings sucks up the dust as it moves! Very fast and efficient. My dads a perfectionist and he was completely satisfied with their work. Totally impressed! They also moved all the furniture and took down chandeliers and put them back. Thank you again!

Took down a wall and started to scrape the popcorn. Need someone to finish.

Contractor #1 wanted 30%deposit and was going to do the job in the evenings.
Contractor #2 would do the job during the day and required no deposit. We got along ok and I gave him the job. We texted and he would start Monday, no show and no response... Ghosted.
Called Contractor #1 and told him my story and how I'd like to pay after work was complete, he agreed but threw in he wanted a 25% deposit.

Found Afra renovation and Aria came over to look at the job. He had a was able to start immediately and finished in 2 days. Wife and I were so happy to have found such a professional contractor, started promptly each day, super smooth ceilings and cleaned up after he was finished. I would recommend Aria and will use him again when do do our upstairs.
