We needed a bathroom renovation done in a very short time frame.
My husband had a stroke and was to be discharged from rehab in two weeks when I posted the job on Home Stars. We needed to get rid of the bathtub and also get a new toilet.
Kevin was the only contractor who responded who could fit us in to complete the job before my husband came home. He came to see the bathroom right away and listened to what we wanted; which included keeping the heated floor.
As we live in an older house, the demolition produced unwelcome surprises from an earlier "do it yourself" renovation. Kevin and his team did a stellar job of repairing what was behind the walls, making it safe and with structural integrity. This is reassuring to the home owner and for this reason alone, I would recommend this company.
But they also built a beautiful walk-in shower stall with grab bars and a hand-held faucet that is easily reached for a seated shower. They worked quickly and competently, taking pride in workmanship.
Kevin gave advice on quality fixtures and tiles. The team handled all aspects of the job, including plumbing, tiling, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC (exhaust fan).

We were looking for 2.5 bathrooms to be renovated.
Kevin was first one to respond with a quote. He was clear and detailed in his estimation. He responded to each and every query as we were finalising things.

He promised us 6 days to finish the job and Job was completed in 6 days. His boys were sincere, detailed, always on time and extremely knowledgable.
They did everything right from demolishing , plumbing, electrical, tiling and all fittings. Same 2 people with no breaks. Kevin was always there to check the progress and address any concerns. Such a beautiful job they have done to all our bathrooms !

We had a new bathroom installed whilst we were on vacation, in one week the old bathroom was removed and disposed of and a beautiful new shower and tiled walls ,vanity and cabinets were installed, I have no hesitation in recommending this company, great job Kevin, thanks again.

Kevin from Lucky Construction was first to respond to our project needs and provided detailed breakdown of the work needed and estimate. After comparing with other companies, we went with Lucky Construction because Kevin was transparent what was needed to be done and delivered it.

We had a project to modernize kitchen including creating an island by removing a wall, quartz counter top, backsplash, ceiling box with pot-lights, floor tiling and white shaker custom cabinets.

Dealing with tight deadline, we're very pleased that the project finished on time, and Kevin did a great job juggling the tasks and managing the project. I think the before and after photos speak for themselves. We strongly recommend this company for any project.

When a piece of drywall fell from our ceiling, Lucky Construction was quick to reply and help us figure out what caused it and how to fix it to avoid future problems. They completed the job quickly and without much disruption to us. They were professional and communicated well. We’d definitely use them again.

It’s hard do this in winter ,good job. I think it will be one week at least,but they only use 2days
