Carpet Cleaning

At Romy Tile and Carpet Cleaning Services we believe that carpets can be precerved well with proper maintanace.
It is important to have the carpets professionally cleaned at least once a year or two, then constant vacuuming is advisable to keep them from soiling.
We also strongly recommed to add a carpet protection on your carpets after clean so they can be preservebly cleaned for a longer time.

Our process consists of pre vacuuming the area, followed by an application of the treatment or shampoo then spot check for stains that are in the carpet and finally we finish the process with steam water and extraction, we also apply a Neutralizer as part of our service since we believe it is important to keep our clients safe from chemiclas.

Neutralization is an important proccess on the extraction machine because it neutralizes the chemical added on the carpet to keep the Ph to 7 or neutral.

Upholstery Cleaning

We also believe that most of the sofas don't have to be thrown
out if they are professionally clean.

We can help you save some money so you don't have to buy a new one

We provide upholstery cleaning for microfiber sofas and leather sofas.

For fabric sofas we simply apply a special upholstery product with a sprayer then spot check for stains followed by steam water and extraction.

For Leather Sofas we clean the sofa we a cloth and then we process to add conditioning to it.

Tile and Grout Cleaning

Tile and grout is the most difficult thing to clean if it is done by hand, therefore professional tile and grout cleaning is important.
With proper machinery tile and grout cleaning can make a big difference on your home.
The results of tile and grout cleaning are formidable and is always recommended to seal the tiles so it preserves it cleanliness longer.
Our process consists of application of a proper tile and grout chemical followed by manual agitation and finally we use our CRB machine.
As part of the service we also offer tile and grout sealant to protect and maintain the grout cleaned.

Hardwood floor Cleaning

We also offer Hardwood floor cleaning.
Hardwood floor cleaning is a great service especially after a house has been renovated.
Usually after a house has been painted or renovated there are a lot of pain marks on the floor, we make sure after our service is done that all the marks are remove and also the floor looks extra clean
The process consists of pre-splaying the floor with a special Hardwood floor cleaning liquid. We scrub what areas that require special attention, we also remove paint from the floor.
We follow the process with a CRB to deeply remove all the dirt to make the hardwood floor look amazing again.

Floor Finish or Waxing

Floor finish or strip, seal and wax is a service that is mostly done in commercial buildings. This service is for those floors that require a shine because the natural color of the tile is very dole. The shine gives a very professional look on the floors and most importantly it saves cleaning time if it requires mopping everyday.
Our process consists of stripping the old wax and finally add a new one. Recommended amount of wax or floor finish layers are three so it gives an even shiny look.
