I contacted Arash and his design build team for a townhome remodel in Mississauga.

The scope of our project involved structural changes like relocating the stairway, replacing a structural beam to increase ceiling height and adding an additional washroom to our top floor.
Arash and his company had in house engineers and made these obstacles manageable.

I was impressed with how quickly things went and appreciated the effort to keep the job site clean and tidy. The attention to detail and finish quality from the painting crew was also worth mentioning.

We worked closely with Arash on two major projects. Arash not only brings impressive professional expertise to the project as a structural engineer and builder but he is a kind, compassionate individual who takes pride in his work and relationships.
We initially engaged Arash for an addition and complete interior renovation of our existing home in Toronto. We did receive permits to go forth but Arash foresaw costs creeping up, and brought concerns to our attention before proceeding any further.
