Rip It Roof It

Been working with various contractors for our buildings and more often than not, we are disappointed with their work. However, our experience with Rip it Roof it proved to be the most positive experience we've had with a contractor thus far. One of our buildings has a mid-size balcony that leaked water into the main floor after heavy rain on several occasions. We talked to about 4 other contractors before picking Rip it Roof it because their quote was far cheaper than the others, but what really made us pick them over other contractors was our initial interaction with the owner, Ram. Ram really impressed us with his professionalism and honesty, he thoroughly inspected our roof and educated us on what was going on and explained to us in DETAIL what he was going to do and where the costs would be coming from. That was what sealed the deal for us on picking his company.

Ram and his team of two others completed our roof quickly and on time. He even gave us a call recently during a heavy storm to ensure that everything was draining correctly and we had no leaks.
