Comprehensive & No Nonsense

We just purchased this house, and our inspector noticed that the roof was quite wavy - a supposedly new roof! We worked that into our cost, knowing we'd have to likely get work done. We contacted five different companies by the time we were done, three of which came out and quoted. Only Vlad at Nico roofing gave us a comprehensive, fully explained including pictures, quote we had confidence in. We explained we didn't want "just good enough" because we had budgeted for this, and he provided five quotes breaking down all the possible work, flagging what was urgent, and what could take time if needed. We brought his team in for the full deal - new plywood, new shingles, additional vents and stucco repair. The crew was fast, efficient, super friendly and did an amazing job!! Highly recommend if you want a full picture of what you need, especially for something like a roof.

Top notch Professionals! Niko Roofing took over the insurance claim to replace the roof, siding and eavestrough. We also upgraded our siding and Vlad gave us a great price.

Incredible work and service received by Niko Roofing. Vlad is formidable to work with along with his crew. Vlad and his crew provided amazing handiwork and always kept us informed about the repairs work.

Our home looks fabulous. You cannot even tell it was a construction site as they left our property sparkling clean.

If you want a company that will stand by you, while providing superior handiwork, Niko Roofing is the company to go with!

You will not be disappointed.

Roof replacement

We needed to replace our roof and we got 3 quotes.
Vlad was the only one who made an effort to see us in person to explain some of our concerns. We discussed the quote and it was reasonable.
Our roof was replaced Wednesday March 23, 2022 with a professional crew that got the job done on a timely basis. Workmanship was excellent. After the installation Niko roofing inspected the roof and the cleanup.

NIKO Roofing and Exterior came and replaced the roof and siding on our house after the 2021 hailstorm in SW. Vlad was incredible to work with, took over the insurance claim, he was supportive and patient in providing everything the insurance requested, he quoted us a great price and timeline, and kept to it. Everything was done on time as promised with high quality of workmanship.
Vlad was very professional and helpful. Everything was explained clearly, answered all our questions and kept us informed about the repair work. He always came to inspect the work of his team. Thanks Vlad and the entire team for the job well done!
We are very happy with the work that was done on our home.
