Home Inspection review in Thorold

I recently used True Property Detectives for a home inspection while in the market for a new home. Donevan was personable and a pleasure to deal with. While on site, he was thorough in his inspection, checking both interior and exterior for any and all hazards ranging from asbestos and mold to electrical issues to the condition of the roof. The report of the inspection was informative and truly helpful in providing a better understanding of the property. I would use True Property Detectives again, and would recommend to anyone in the market for a home inspection.

Definitely recommend Donevan.
He was professional, knowledgeable and overall a great guy.
He saved us $3,500, so his services were totally worth it, never mind the peace of mind he gave us on such a large purchase.

Amazingly attentive to detail Entire house attic and roof to basement ..

Donevan came in and went thru my house literally top to bottom …. 5200 sq roof to basement. I appreciated him taking time to look at everything thru out. His air quality testing was great to know and his mold tests made me happy to have this option. Very friendly person who conducts himself
