I was really impressed with the sales presentation before the job began. He was very knowledgeable; I knew what I was getting and what it would cost me. They had a good selection of shingles to pick from and things went quicker than I expected. While they were taking the old shingles off the roof, one of our flower pots was destroyed, but they were quick to offer a replacement. I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you. I definitely would recommend this company.

Kyle, Tristen and the all the Kymand Team did a fabulous job replacing our old cedar shake roof with a quality asphalt shingle roof including new eavestroughs with custom downspouts and topped up our attic insulation. All members of the Kymand Team were very professional, respectful and very helpful. The quality of the work was first class and it was completed amazingly fast! We would definitely use Kymand again and have already recombined them to our friends and neighbors!

Kyle came out to inspect my roof, not relying as some firms do on drone or satellite photos. He provided lots of details on my choices for the roofing materials, methods of coverage, time required, availability, colours available, and made sure he heard what my priorities were. He returned with samples to confirm my colour choice. That and he's a very friendly guy!

Tristan was his site supervisor and also came out prior to install to confirm details, access, and again any requests on timing, alley access. He came by again after installation to confirm my satisfaction. His guys were swift, friendly and did a great job on the cleanup. Tristan was as personable and frank as Kyle.

Kyle also arranged a tradesperson to look at a problem window frame I had. I had asked if he knew of anyone he'd suggest I contact and he sent out Alex. Kyle blew my mind by adding the work on the window within the original price! Alex brought his mobile workshop, found the issue and completed a full reframing of the frame in 2 hours. And he too was quite open about what needed to be done.
Pricing was great, under other quotes I had thought were already good.

Chris was very amazing in the customer service. The work was very clean and the workers were very professional and courteous.

I was going Solar but my roof was Cedar shake which would be hard for the installation hence a much expensive job. Kymand Homes did a surprisingly quick and quality job converting my roof into Asphalt which reduced my solar installation cost by a huge amount. I was very happy with not just the quality job but the cleanup work was impeccable. I would definitely recommend Kymand homes for any roofing job thats needed.

I was so scared of the terrible horror stories I heard from some of my neighbors who recently had their roofs done, but through a family friend was recommended their services, I was amazed at the speed and attention to detail that Sam and the guys had, they even came back for a second inspection for nails and debris with this cool magnet , the kids loved it, and we loved how we didn't have to worry about them being hurt by nails and debris. Bravo kymand.

I went through Kymand for a new roof and I must say Marwan was very pro active with his response time and made my mind that kymand Roofing is a no brainer. They are fast with there work and very friendly with there service. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to get there roof done?
