Max arrived on time, was professional, effective and efficient in resolving the drainage issue. A pleasure to use his service.

I had a a pipe start leaking. I tried to see what I could do but couldnt do it alone. I usually dont like dealing with people so I try to fix as much as I can.

My friend had a good experience with TrueService Plumbing so I decided to give them a call. A gentleman by the name of Max had shown up later and I spoke to him about the issue that I was having. He reassured me that he would do everything he could to fix the situation. I was very pleasantly surprised to find someone who actually backed up what they said. Ive seen multiple people try to get in and get out and make a quick dollar. Max did the complete opposite.

Max looked into the leak, and after investigation talked me through what the issue was. He explained to me what would cause a pipe to burst in the way it did and since he fixed it there has been no issue with it. It works perfectly and Im very happy with the job he provided.

Raymond and Max were very quick and efficient. They got the water line hooked up in 20 minutes or so. Neatly done, too.

Prompt service. Quality work! Im really happy with the work. Raymond is professional and knowledgeable. He showed up quickly to fix my drain in the kitchen. The clogging problem had been bothering me for months. Raymond was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in an hour. He also provided me with useful tips for ongoing maintenance. Raymond did an excellent job for my girlfriend, replacing a poorly installed wax ring by another contractor. The toilet was leaking into the apartment below. Raymond is very honest, and did exactly what needed to be done, and charged exactly what he said he would. Raymond guaranteed his work for a year, but he said the repair would last for several years. This is what we needed, a good, honest plumber. That is Raymond.
