We hired this company for our backyard walk out permit. They were amazing and reasonably pricing.They helped us with all our questions and answered same day. We live in Midland Ontario and they travelled all that way. We are very happy with the results and got our permit with no issues. We highly recommend this company and look forward on working with them for all our future projects.

We hired Atlas Designs to do permit drawings for a retail location. They did the drawings and submitted the application in a timely fashion, causing the process to be as quick as possible. Any questions we had were answered right away. They are professional, punctual and responsive. 10/10 would hire again.

We highly recommend Atlas Designs! I really appreciated that Atlas was upfront and honest about their pricing. I did not find this to be the case with many of their competitors (many of whom charged hourly and were unable to confirm the total number of hours required for our project). We were able to book a site visit quickly and obtain our permits shortly thereafter. We did have a number of follow up questions and Atlas always responded to us promptly and helped us through the entire process. We are very happy to have found Atlas Designs for this project.

I needed to obtain a permit for an existing deck. After shopping around, I found this company whose pricing is *significantly* below the competitors. The communication was via e-mail only (which is my preference), but I got a reply to all my question very quickly and to my satisfaction. The drawings and all the required paperwork were properly done, submitted and approved by the city with a minimal effort from my side. Overall, it was a great experience with the company.

Hired atlas designs to design a deck for us in Brooklin and they submitted the permit drawings for us as well. very easy process and easy people to deal with. I will hire them again in the future
