Lumon retractable and folding glass doors were the perfect solution for our covered back porch. They are easy to fold in when you don't need them and want the open fresh air. When closed they protect the interior from the elements and annoying insects without obstructing the view and let in all the natural light. They also blend perfectly with our house and we have received so many compliments on how beautiful they look. They are also very well made and sturdy.
This company truly stands behind their product. Four years after the doors were installed, I received an email from the company to introduce the new representative for our area to contact if there were ever any issues with the doors. As it happened, about 2 weeks later I was attempting to fold open the doors when one of the panels appeared to be stuck. I emailed the Rep, and Joy replied within 24 hrs. She arranged for an installer to come by and take a look. Ryan came by and easily fixed the problem with some minor adjustments and went above and beyond to give all the doors and tracks a checkup and service. Joy also came by and introduced herself. Everyone that I have encountered with this company have been very friendly and professional. I would recommend Lumon Canada to anyone interested in this type of product.
