I reached out to Colin as I had a leak in my roof. Colin came out the same day and advised what the problem was. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.

Colin was able to do the job the very same week and him and his staff were very professional and courteous.
They come with all tools and materials and even discarded of old materials. They left the work area clean as they found it.
The best part was that Colin even brought a donut for my 3 year old!
I have Colin on speed dial for my next job!

EDIT: He came back and fixed his mistake. All is well now and I am happy with the final result

I had him replace a downspout and a piece of siding. He ended up breaking a piece of siding in the install process. I messaged him multiple times to come back and repair his damage. He either ignored my messages, or responded with a date to come back to repair it. However, he stood me up 3 separate times. Each time I took time off work and he was a no show. He never apologized and he never did repair the damage he caused.
