Deck King

Before I didn't know where to look for to build my Deck. So when i look on line they are so many options to look but for some reason I end up choosing Deck king and let me tell you...I was so glad I pick them and no regrets whatsoever. Noel and the team from Alex, Rob , Jen etc are absolutely amazing to work with. They did an outstanding and remarkable job on building my deck, workmanship was top notch. They are so considerate with your concerns and they make sure that you are satisfied...I know I am. Noel's constant communication with the customer is spot on, he will never leave hangin dry . He always updates you even on his days off. 10/10 work ethics. I would definitely without a doubt recommend this company to anybody wants to build your deck with confidence. A definite 10/10 for Deck King ! We called for a quote on a patio replacement / composite deck - Brady of Deck King gave us several options and recommendations which helped in our decision-making.

- [ ] Planning/ideas/concerns and workarounds - several options were discussed and flexibility for our decisions was easily incorporated.

- [ ] Flexibility (of dates & for changes during construction) - delays were never an issue - construction was performed as promised - followup changes were made as per request with minimum impact on final product.

- [ ] Prompt (quotes / returning calls / responsiveness) - calls were immediately returned and solutions provided for questions asked.

- [ ] carpenter workmanship - meticulous and professional - joinery was carefully measured and resulted in top quality final product which we love to show off.

- [ ] care for property - narrow access gate was respected with all equipment and materials by employees - leftover bits were cleaned up end of each day.

- [ ] quality materials - products used were good quality - any defective materials were not used and discarded .

On all counts we are very satisfied with the deck that was installed by Brady and his team as per points listed. Deck King is a company we would recommend to anyone looking for a deck based on their excellent work here.

Would happily work with them again. Some Covid supply issues caused delays, but tear-down and build-up were quick and professional. We opted to use their contacts for city permits and checks. Brady is diligent about follow-up. One miss-communication about front deck height, they made it right.

We needed to replace our aging decks. We found Noel to be extremely helpful throughout the process and provided suggestions for improvements. He was very professional and limited the inconvenience of construction activities. We were very please with the quality of the work and have ask him for assistance with other projects.
