The work was great the technician and apprentice were great. Not great dealing with Boris. Deceptive on pricing even when trying to get things in writing. They did come back and correct the issue.

Boris and his team were amazing. Boris is a master at his trade and a very nice man, and his workers Tommy and Roj are incredibly skilled, disciplined, hard-working and really nice people too. Maria managed all communication and paperwork with good humour, efficiency and speed. The whole team at Joseph Electric stuck with this rather large residential project day after day, worked late as needed, cleaned up after themselves each day (the mark of a professional) and were unfailingly polite. I was very happy with all aspects of the work and service, as was my client (the client owned to home). I 100% recommend this business.

The folks at Joseph Electric arranged for a free site visit to advise on what the repair would look like and to provide a quote. This greatly assisted in my decision to proceed with them. Once the day was selected for the repair, the foreman and two workers arrived on time, and the two workers finished the job within 2 hours.

Boris and his team was super professional and on top of their job. From estimation to delivery of the service, their communcation was smooth and their price was at the right point.
